Sandra’s Restaurant-Restaurant Review

There are so many hidden places in Punta Gorda! One of our top places is Sandra’s Restaurant!

The decor makes you feel like you took a one way trip to Germany! So festive and calm.

Once you open the doors from Olympia Ave, the staff is welcoming!

This is a normal plate for me. This last friday we had a date lunch. The Schnitzel is and always will be my favorite. Mixed with some of the best service in Punta Gorda! For all you Apple (IOS) lovers, they have the square which allows you to pay at the table. With all the debt card hacks its nice to see your card at all times.

They even offer live bands on certain nights! Check in advance with the staff for the schedule!

These are my favorite! All you can eat for $12.00. I HATE buffets and this is the only buffet that I LOVE! Its fresh, it hot and it has not been sitting there for hours. Every visit I have seen the chef bring out fresh food 2 or 3 times. Normally unheard of in a buffet.

During my quest to find the next amazing restaurant to share with you, I was on the fence about sharing Sandras. Not because its not over the top amazing, but because I don’t want to wait for a table next week! Haha! You will not be let down here. The real  Authentic German & European Cuisine is well noticed by this foodie. Visit Sandras site for more details. Tell them Victoria of Anchored Palm Trees sent you!

FYI

Parking can be challenging at times. Don’t fear knowing where to go in advance instead of having to drive around.

Follow the map below.

In Blue are the 2 areas to park.

The parking garage is punta gorda free garage of downtown shopping and dinning. Enter by making a left turn from 41 onto herald ct. or if coming from taylor rd you will turn right on herald ct.

If your coming from Taylor Street there is parallel parking starting from W Charlotte Ave all the way down Taylor Street to E Olympia. This is where we normally park.

If your guest requires extra time disembarking the car and closer to the restaurant,  you can pull up behind Sandras restaurant by their outside seating. Just don’t park back there unless you want to be towed.
